JOB OPENING: Marketing Operations Admin

Mission

To support marketing efforts of increasing digital agencies' enrollment into our program through new & existing marketing engines, systems, tracking, reporting, and social media. 

Outcomes

  1. Track each application and sale source and associated details. 
    • Daily calendar updates based on appointments 
    • Record reading and translation in Infusionsoft 
    • Communication with Marketing Lead and sales team regarding appointment statuses 
    • Source tracking to inform marketing decisions 
    • Path tracking to inform lead gen and nurture efforts
  2. Own our existing nurture sequences
    • Webinar invite & registration campaigns 
    • 2x weekly newsletter campaigns (copy provided) 
    • 1X weekly podcast release emails
  3. Create and maintain social media calendar 
    • Very active, high-performing private group 
    • Facebook
    • LinkedIn 
    • Instagram 
    • Actively follow up on messages, comments, etc.
  4. Release weekly podcast episodes 
    • Release episodes weekly on SoundCloud 
    • Create episode release page on WordPress site using Beaver Builder 
    • Optimize for SEO based on a pre-determined SEO plan
